  • What is Wash-Dry-Fold Service at Grand Unique Laundry?

    • We offer a subscription based laundry service that provides our customers with reusable laundry bags. The bags can be filled with regular laundry items such as clothing, sheets, pillow cases, and towels. There is an additional charge for an additional bag. We will pick up, wash, dry, fold, and return your laundry to you.

  • Do you launder comforters and sleeping bags?

    • Yes. There is an additional charge for comforters and sleeping bags. Please let us know two days in advance to your laundry day if you need this service.

  • What is included in the Wash-Dry-Fold Service?

    • Free pick up/delivery is included in the service. Grand Unique Laundry also provides the reusable laundry bags to all clients. We can also provide the detergent to wash all clothes with if needed.

  • What type of laundry detergent will be used?

    • Grand Unique Laundry uses Tide Original. We also offer Baby Dreft, and Ultra Free & Clear. Please let us know your preference at sign up.

  • Can I provide my own laundry detergent?

    • Yes. You can provide your own laundry detergent if you wish. Please let us know if you would like to provide your own laundry detergent.

  • Will my clothes be washed with other customers?

    • No. Each customer will have their own laundry laundered separately from other customers laundry.

  • How am I billed?

    • We bill on a weekly recurring basis. Payment will be due once laundry is completed. We will charge your default payment method we have on file. If you don’t need service in a certain week, please contact us at least two days prior to your laundry service day. *You will not be billed if you don’t need laundry services in a certain week.

  • How does pick up/delivery work?

    • Before service begins, we will drop off the reusable laundry bags to your service address. On your laundry service day, please ensure your laundry bags are ready for pick up. For delivery, we will drop them off at your door or another designated place at your service address.

  • Do I have to be home for pick up/delivery?

    • We would prefer if you are home for pick up/delivery. However if you are not home, please contact us to let us know where your laundry bag(s) can be picked up at your service address. For delivery, we can leave the laundry bag(s) in a selected location at your service address. Please contact us to let us know where a selected location would be. (Due to COVID-19, we still offer contactless pick up/delivery). For contactless pick up, please ensure the laundry bags are placed for us to access them.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    • We accept debit cards as well as major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Can I change my laundry day?

    • Only by submitting a two week service notice and if availability is open. Please contact us to see if an opening on a different laundry day is open prior to submitting your service notice.

  • Can I change my laundry plan?

    • Yes. You can change your laundry plan. You will just need to contact us to let us know which laundry plan you would like to switch to. When switching to a new plan, the updated billing will reflect in the next billing cycle week.

  • What is the next process once signed up?

    • We will contact you within 24 hours to finalize details of your laundry plan. This will include us sending you an Agreement of Laundry Services form to sign and return. We will also answer any additional questions you may have.
